our reception is located in the main building to the left of the flats on the ground floor, via Rue PETROFI UTCA. You can easily access our reception via the passage to the left of your car park. All guests are fully financially responsible for any damage and can be settled on site at the time of departure. Any damage must be reported immediately to Cédric.
Breakdowns, technical faults: if you notice any malfunctions, please contact Cédric immediately, who will do his utmost to help you.
You can leave them in the safe in the main building, please ask if necessary.
Dogs and other pets: all dogs and other pets are welcome free of charge, subject to prior consultation and authorisation.
You can park in the car park indicated by us, which is also under camera control and has an access code.
You will find the free code in the flat and in the welcome book on your desk.
Each flat has a separate kitchen with cupboards, a hob and all the necessary equipment. Use of the kitchen is free of charge, but you must make sure that your dishes are washed and left in the same condition as when you left. Failure to do so may result in additional charges on departure.
The flats are delivered clean by Cédric and supplied with bed linen, towels, bathroom products and cleaning tools. We ask our guests to leave the flats in good condition, failing which additional costs may be charged on departure or damage may be established subsequently.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the flats. Cédric will be happy to show you the smoking areas. In the event of non-compliance with this ban or smoking in the flats, a fine of 200 euros/79000 Ft will be charged on departure.
All our flats are equipped with free remote-controlled air conditioning, which we ask you to use for cooling or heating purposes.
It is forbidden to move or remove our furniture and equipment without permission.
In order not to disturb and to guarantee the tranquility of other guests, neighbors and owners, we ask you to avoid loud noises, music, etc. between 10pm and 7am Guests who behave disrespectfully or do not comply with our house rules may be asked to leave our flats without refund as soon as possible.

Cedric will do his best to find a solution to your complaints and is also open to all comments. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for events beyond our control such as war, fire, power failure, storm, hail, car park damage, flooding, ….
We take no responsibility for valuables left in the flats or in your car in our car park.
If you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will try to help you as much as possible. In each flat, you will find a welcome booklet on the desk containing all the information you need to make your stay with us a pleasant one.
Please inform us by e-mail of any cancellations, amendments, etc. Cancellations and modifications up to 48 hours before arrival are free of charge, after this period 100% will be charged. We advise you to take out travel insurance with your traditional insurer before your departure. All cancellations will be treated in accordance with the terms and conditions in force at the time of booking. If you require confirmation of cancellation to make a claim with your travel insurance, we will be happy to assist you.
Invoices will only be issued in the customer’s name or in the company’s name.
Babies, children under 18, only possible after consultation and agreement with us and subject to payment of the agreed supplement.
Only guests known to the owner may stay in the flat and grounds and who have been officially registered by our accommodation services and their identity verified on arrival. All guests must be present in person at check-in. Our flats and grounds are unfortunately not suitable for parties, events, … and also from 22h to 07h we ask you not to disturb the peace and quiet of our guests and the neighbourhood in any way whatsoever.
In certain cases, we may ask you to pay a deposit for the occupation of our flats, which will be returned to you on departure if no damage has been found.
We do not provide meals, but each flat has a well-equipped kitchen which you can use free of charge, provided, of course, that you wash the dishes and leave them as you found them. There are also plenty of restaurants in the area.
